- La Côte d'Or - 2* Michelin: Thursday evening to Monday evening.

Open 7/7 dinners in July and August.

- Bistrot Loiseau du Morvan: Tuesday to Saturday.

- La Boutique: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays: 9:30am to 1pm and 2:30pm to 6pm, and Saturdays and Fridays: 9:30am to 1pm and 3pm to 7pm.

Weekly closure on Wednesdays from November to December.
